Historical Certificate Of Deposit Rates Is This Relatively Safe To Buy On EBay?

Is this relatively safe to buy on eBay? - historical certificate of deposit rates

OK, I want to purchase an old book of historical and personal. I have photographs of her and other things. Am I right in thinking that there really is not a fake book? I mean, I really do not need a certificate of authenticity of a right to stay?

Check the seller's Feedback Profile. Reputable suppliers have excellent returns without any unresolved problems with their transactions. When you click the number in brackets [eg B. (135)] with the name of the seller, you can read their comments. Up here on the comments page you can sort the comments by the buyer or seller.

Through the use of PayPal. In this way none of your financial data is available. PayPal acts as an intermediary. The seller can not ultimately control your credit card information, etc.

Never transfer money through Western Union. If you see a demand for payment via Western Union is a fraud.

Many sellers only accept PayPal, which avoids a lot of problems.

If you have questions about this subject, please contact the seller before you bid. Make sure you understand the conditions of the sale (back?) As soon as the relevant information. Do not assume anything. Read the announcement carefully.
