At Will Employment Agreement Company Did Not Pay Bonus As Stated In Employment Agreement?

Company did not pay Bonus as stated in Employment Agreement? - at will employment agreement

My contract states that work should be a bonus of up to 20% depending on the performance of the company will receive. Last year, the company has paid premiums to a level that I have about 10% of my annual salary to pay for what I am not on my performance in my work. Nowhere in my contract does not say that the premium on my performance, company performance only. Do they have the right or the right to ask for my subscription?
